Refund Policy – Digital Products & App Subscriptions

The People’s Advocate provides digital products and subscription-based app access. Under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), digital content is non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or used.

1. No Refunds After Access

Once you have logged into the app, accessed any digital content, or used any part of the service, no refunds will be issued. Digital products cannot be returned, and access is considered full delivery of the service.

2. Subscription Responsibility

If you no longer wish to use the app, you must unsubscribe and cancel your subscription directly through your app store or payment provider. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

3. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for managing your own subscription settings.

4. Chargebacks

Submitting a chargeback after accessing the digital product is misuse of the chargeback process. Evidence of access, login activity, and usage will be provided to Stripe or your bank to dispute invalid claims.

5. Technical Access Issues

If you experience a technical problem preventing access, you must contact support within 48 hours. This does not apply if access was already used prior to the issue.

6. Unauthorised Access After Refund

If a refund or chargeback is issued by your bank, your access will be revoked immediately. Continued use of the app after a refund constitutes unauthorised access and may result in account termination.

7. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the app, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this refund policy.
